Valentine's Day is over and let me just say that I had the best Valentine's day, ever!

This was our first Valentine's day as husband and wife and I really did not expect it to be any different than any other year. While most other couple's were showering each other with gifts, flowers and chocolate(which are nice don't get me wrong) we were enjoying a nice evening at home. We started our day just the same as always, getting up and ready for work... Almost 9 hours later we met up at Ben's school for the "Spring Fling dance" which was fun for all of us, then we headed home.  While the boys played video games we were off to have some fun in the kitchen! We started  by preparing, "Cheesy Mushroom pull apart bread"
 recipe -->http://www.beantownbaker.com/2012/01/cheesey-mushroom-pull-apart-bread.html

And let me tell you, it was so exciting to prepare a new dish together, especially with how amazing the green onion and thyme smelled together!! While preparing the bread we had Michael BublĂ© playing on Pandora and were enjoying a 3.99$ bottle of wine from Trader Joe's. While the bread was baking, we got started on dinner which was just some Buitoni tortellini with a salad. Let me tell you, for being such a simple dinner, and such a simple night at home, we were definitely feeling the love, and it didnt hurt that our dinner turned out delicious :) We enjoyed some homemade chocolate covered strawberries for dessert, YUM!!

I think the problem with the world is that people don't really know the meaning of love. People forget that Love is a feeling, and its not something that you can buy...So remember....
